NJRC will repair or replace those products or components determined to be defective under this warranty agreement, which must be notified to Sojitz Corporation of America (“Supplier”) on or before the expiration of the 15 months warranty period and returned promptly to NJRC but no later than 30 days after such notification.

Such replacement parts shall be shipped to Buyer no later than sixty (60) days after Buyer’s notification. Supplier shall, at its own cost, maintain an inventory of replacement parts to support its warranty obligations.

Warranty service material and workmanship defects is on a return to Supplier’s facility with being responsible for prepaying all freight, insurance and other charges. Products covered by this warranty will be returned to Buyer.

In the event of a design defect, Supplier shall, if requested by Buyer, immediately and at its expense travel to Buyer to evaluate and correct product.

This warranty shall not apply to any item that has been damaged due to misuse, accident or neglect, unless such misuse, accident or neglect has been caused by Seller or those under Seller's control or direction.

Charges for Test, Repair and Renewal

The charges for test, repair and renewal are as per attached table. Supplier shall inform Buyer of the estimated charge for repair and renewal and, upon receipt of Buyer’s acceptance of the estimated charge, Manufacturer shall repair and/or renew the products. Supplier shall charge the actual expenses to Buyer after the products are returned to Buyer.
