New Japan Radio is making concerted efforts
to give top priority to "customer satisfaction." The company has
been implementing measures for total quality management (TQM) since 1984,
and has tirelessly pursued elimination of waste, unevenness and
unreasonableness in business operations, as well as achievement of
Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD). The company acquired ISO 9001
certification in 1994 when the ISO 9000 series first started to become
widespread in Japan, and by 1996, all the related companies at home and
abroad engaged in production had acquired certification.
Moreover, in order to achieve higher levels of quality
and customer satisfaction, we took active steps to transfer to the 2000
version of ISO 9001, which we completed in December 2001.
In this way, New Japan Radio is actively addressing the
task of manufacturing products satisfactory to customers. |
